CTFD LLC is not a firewood delivery company. CTFD LLC is a website that allows firewood harvesters & dealers to sell their firewood online. The website acts solely as a platform for the firewood dealers to find customers looking for firewood delivery.

 

CTFD LLC shall be referred to as “CTFD LLC”.  

 

Dealers agree to the following:

 

  1. Dealers who sell firewood on CTFD LLC agree not to hold CTFD LLC responsible for any form of errors in delivery, errors in pricing, property damage, problems with heating system (including fireplaces, firepits, flues, wood stoves etc), or any faults that were sustained in error or by accident by the dealer or customer. CTFD LLC’s only purpose is to provide a convenient marketplace for dealers to promote their business and for customers to purchase firewood.

 

  1. Exclusive Supplier Agreement : Firewood dealers or their affiliated companies who participate in CTFD LLC will have the benefit of the CTFD LLC website that receives on average 1 million visitors per year and also spends $ 10,000 per year on advertising. We reserve the right to remove a dealer from CTFD LLC if they do not remain exclusive to CTFD LLC. Exclusivity does not apply to your own dealer website. It refers to websites that specifically sell firewood, firewood leads, or posts prices online and or your company or an affiliated company is a supplier. Companies that decide to leave our service can rejoin again after a six month waiting period.

 

  1. Dealers agree that their firewood prices posted on CTFD LLC will not exceed their own prices (including promotions or rebates) quoted over the telephone, or anywhere else, or displayed on their own website plus the current CTFD LLC commission fee.

 

  1. CTFD LLC does not guarantee that cash customers will be home when delivery is scheduled. Dealers should contact the customer prior to delivery. Dealers are responsible for arranging delivery directly with the customer. 

 

  1. CTFD LLC supplier fee for receiving an order from a customer is $ 5. This is a flat fee and remains the same regardless of how much firewood is delivered. If the dealer is unable to deliver and contacts CTFD LLC within 7 days of receipt of the order the dealer will not be charged the $ 5 fee. 

 

  1. No promotions or discounts can be offered to customers on current or future deliveries unless approved by the CTFD Admin. This includes “refer a friend” type promotions or discounts on the next delivery.

 

  1. In the event the customer overpays the dealer, the dealer is required to immediately return the overpayment to the customer upon delivery of the product.
  1. All delivery orders received by CTFD LLC will be forwarded via email. Additionally the customer and CTFD LLC will receive a copy of the email.

 

  1. All invoicing for transaction fees or commission will be done via email. Invoices are to be paid upon receipt. If the CTFD LLC invoice is not paid within 30 days we will use any and all means necessary to secure payment.

 

  1. CTFD LLC reserves the right to remove any company from CTFD LLC at their discretion for any reason whatsoever.

 

  1. CTFD LLC is not responsible for any technical or software related failures of any kind. Under no circumstance will CTFD LLC or its suppliers / firewood companies be liable for any damages or injury that result from the use of the CTFD LLC website.

 

  1. Dealers agree not to pursue any tactic that will avoid paying commission on leads generated through CTFD LLC.

 

  1. CTFD LLC will remove any Dealer that actively encourages in any way a customer not to use CTFD LLC for their future firewood needs or offers to price match CTFD LLC. This includes any form of direct marketing or re-marketing, email campaigns or promotional mailings; Including but not limited to coupons, refer a friend type offers, etc; Stickers or tags left with delivery etc. If any Dealer conducts themselves in an unscrupulous manner we will immediately remove the Dealer and email all relevant customers that the Dealer delivered firewood to explaining that the Dealer was removed from www.CTFD LLC on account of unscrupulous business practices.

 

  1. There is no requirement to use the CTFD LLC website. The firewood company can start or stop using CTFD LLC at any time.

 

  1. Firewood dealers are required licensed and insure their company, it’s operations and all employees at their own expense. Dealers shall be responsible for all licensing and insurance requirements of their own company or operation. Dealers should be fully covered for any and all potential accidents. Dealers / Delivery personnel shall carry identification that matches their CTFD LLC dealer profile. 

 

  1. We reserve the right to change the terms as necessary. We encourage you to check back often to stay up to date on your dealer requirements.
